The St. Joe Stockyards consists of 5 different commission firms in which to ship your livestock to. A commission man of your choosing can perform an on farm consultation giving you updated market information, general facts & figures, or just say hello. These firms will also sort, feed, and water your animals upon arrival. Livestock will be well advertised utilizing radio, local paper ads, web site, and of course word of mouth. It is very important that you fill in all the blanks of your drive-in statement. Checks are made out directly after the sale of your livestock, and can either be picked up in person or they will be mailed.
